Recommendations
1. Create an account if you're looking for events - you can select favorites, rate events, and simply let businesses/organizations know if you plan on attending so they can better plan for a specific number of people
2. Use keywords that clearly define your event when you're posting, and use keywords that are attractive to your target market - we limit the amount of keywords you can post, we'd like you to use the english language effectively, and not mislead people looking for specific events by providing inaccurate or over-used words
3. Put a sticker on your car - reach out to us via phone or email if you'd like one
4. Put a sticker on your business/org front - we have great, vinyl stickers specifically for this
5. People are talking about YayPlanner, you should too - help people find something to do and post all your events - people on YayPlanner are young, or young at heart, and will produce high customer lifetime value for you and your business/organization
Event Definitions
Favorites - You decide
CSUF - Located on campus at California State University, Fullerton
Other Campus - Located on a campus other than California State University, Fullerton
Music - Centered around music, whether it is at a restaurant, bar, studio, park, hall, etc
Sports - These are actual sporting events that you can either A) attend in person or B) watch at an off-site venue, or C) participate in
Fun N Games - These are events that fun, and involve interactive gaming (i.e. bingo, trivia, shuffleboard, bocce ball tournament)
Food N Drinks - These events revolve around consuming, studying, or preparing/cooking food
Hobnob - Simple events focused around social interaction, meeting new people, dating, or engaging in super interesting, intellectual conversation
Community - Events posted here are focused around community development, through a city government, or the people themselves - these are organized to bring people of specific geographic areas together for a purpose related to recreational, economic, or social development
Festivals - Privatized or public events where several vendors, whether local or international - these do not include farmers markets, those are "Food N Drinks"
The Arts - Art shows or theatrical/grassroots/street performances
Fit N Healthy - Spirit healthy, body healthy
Nightlife - Late night social events at clubs, or other venues
